Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

At things & stuff we appreciate that you have chosen us for your online purchase and we pride ourselves on providing a superior level of customer service.

Returning or Exchanging an Item.

Should you need to return an item, please note that the goods must be accompanied by the official receipt/tax invoice you received with your goods. If you do not have a copy of the receipt the goods may be returned for an exchange only.

If you have simply changed your mind on an item we will exchange for a like or same value item.

Please notify us immediately by email at info@thingsandstuff.com.au and return the item to PO Box 12788 George Street Brisbane QLD 4003 with the original tax invoice within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please include your contact details, including name, address, email address and phone number, with your goods as well as telling us what you require.

*Please note that due to Health Regulations there is no exchange allowed on swimwear or earrings

If you have proof of purchase

If you have simply changed your mind, things & stuff will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided:

• the original tags and labels are still attached;
• the item is in its original packaging (if any); and
• the item is unworn, unused and as sold; and
• the cost of postage and handling will be at your expense

If you do not have proof of purchase

If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of purchase, things & stuff may, in its discretion, provide you with an exchange to the current value of the item provided:

• the item is in resaleable condition; and
• the item was originally purchased from things & stuff; and
• the original tags and labels are still attached;
• the item is in its original packaging (if any); and
• the item is unworn, unused and as sold; and
• the cost of postage and handling will be at your expense
• satisfactory identification* is provided at the time of the return.

Damaged or faulty items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please notify us immediately by email at info@thingsandstuff.com.au and return to PO Box 12788 George Street Brisbane QLD 4003 with the original tax invoice within 2 weeks of receiving the goods. Please include your contact details, including name, address, email address and phone number, with your goods. Please also include a receipt for the postage paid to enable a refund of these costs. We can provide you with either an exchange or refund.
